Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (essential)
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) preferred, but not essential
• Proven experience working with primary-aged children
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to various teaching environments
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced school setting
• Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one
• Availability to work on short notice and willingness to travel across Buckinghamshire
