We're Looking for Candidates Who:
Have experience supporting children with SEN , particularly ASD , Down's Syndrome , or communication needs
Feel confident working within EYFS or KS1 , using play-based learning approaches
Can adapt strategies to meet individual EHCP targets
Are patient, nurturing, and consistent in their support
Communicate effectively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
Hold a relevant qualification (CACHE Level 2/3, TA Certificate, or Early Years/Psychology degree) - although strong experience is equally valued
