The school are looking for motivated and proactive LSAs/TAs to work alongside students that have ASD (autism spectrum disorder), as well as those that require assistance with reading and writing. You will be working either 1:1 with pupils or in small groups, alongside other TAs/LSAs.
This well organised secondary school in the Tunbridge Wells, Kent area is seeking several learning support assistants / teaching assistants to start working in between September 2025 and December 2025. The school offers fantastic opportunities to progress and experience new types of roles, previously teaching assistants have been given the opportunity to work as a cover supervisor and potentially enrol on teacher training programmes.
