About the Role
Make a real difference every day! Join Jubilee School as a Teaching Assistant and help our pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll support classroom activities, lead small groups, provide 1:1 guidance, and inspire confidence and independence in every pupil.

What you'll do

  • Support classroom activities and deliver hands-on learning experiences
  • Lead small group sessions and provide 1:1 support tailored to each pupil’s needs
  • Encourage confidence, independence, and curiosity in every pupil
  • Work across indoor and outdoor settings, making learning engaging and fun
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and therapists to enhance pupils’ learning and wellbeing

What we’re looking for:

We want someone who is

  • Caring, patient, and adaptable
  • Experienced in working with children or holding GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Comfortable supporting pupils in a variety of classroom and outdoor environments
  • Holds a Full UK Driving Licence
  • A team player ready to contribute to a positive and collaborative school culture

About Us

Jubilee School is an independent special school for pupils with complex needs. These include social, emotional and mental health needs. Some pupils have additional associated SEND. Jubilee School is linked with four residential accommodations and is located in Waterlooville, just outside of Portsmouth.

This opportunity is in Waterlooville which is within commutable distance of Portsmouth, Chichester and surrounding areas.
