We now have a fantastic opportunity for Teaching Assistants to join our new Options Autism School - Ashley Park School in Epsom, Surrey. About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to support pupils with SEND in achieving their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. The successful candidate will be an effective team player with excellent communication skills, working closely with teachers, tutors, and other stakeholders to provide a high-quality learning environment. Key Responsibilities You will support class teachers and tutors to deliver high-quality education, implement relevant policies and procedures, and provide individual or group support to pupils to help them access the curriculum as independently as possible. You will also assist in organising the classroom, its resources, student groupings, and displays to create a stimulating learning environment, and ensure all equipment is used, maintained, and reported on efficiently. Requirements Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (desirable) Willingness to work towards further qualifications as required (essential) Completion of relevant group induction training on commencement (essential) About us Ashley Park is a brand-new independent specialist school for autistic young people aged 8–16, offering tailored education, care, and support within a safe and supportive environment.
