You will help prepare learning materials and run classroom activities, gaining plenty of hands-on experience while also working under supervision. You will support pupils’ emotional and physical needs, helping them develop as individuals and engage with the world.

Who we are looking for
We welcome candidates who:
Have GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Have some experience working with SEN pupils or within a school setting
Are adaptable and ready to work in a variety of classroom roles, both indoors and outdoors, according to individual pupil needs
Take a responsive and caring approach, whether running classroom activities, leading outdoor experiences, or supervising pupils as they explore further afield
