The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with at least 5 years of experience, and 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven experience supporting SaaS products, cloud technologies, or complex software applications is essential. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effectively managing a remote team and interacting with customers and internal stakeholders. Experience with CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud) is a must.
