As a DS Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of our Scanning Centre. You'll partner with the DS Supervisor to plan, administer, monitor, and optimise operational performance, ensuring seamless daily operations in Scanning, Indexing, Records Management, and Storage.

**Job summary**
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our Digital Solutions team in Lutterworth.
Iron Mountains Digital Business Unit transforms physical records into access ble digital formats,streamlining business operations. We provide comprehesive digital information management solutions, including scanning, indexing, and secure storage, supporting our customers ; digital transformation.
As a DS Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of our Scanning Centre. You'll partner with the DS Supervisor to plan, administer, monitor, and optimise operational performance, ensuring seamless daily operations in Scanning, Indexing, Records Management, and Storage.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Strategically manage the Scanning Centre in compliance with the company's policies and vision.
+ Oversee digitisation, receiving, warehousing, distribution and operations.
+ Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilisation.
+ Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
+ Adhere to all digitisation, warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
+ Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
+ Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.
+ Liaise with clients and suppliers.
+ Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
+ Train, coach and motivate the DS team.
+ Produce reports and statistics regularly.
+ Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
+ Add value to IM Customers with Continuous Improvement
+ Responsible for understanding and implementing the company safety and security policies, processes and procedures. This includes conducting health and safety risk assessments within your department and ensuring that the methods and systems of work are safe.
+ Comply with the required statutory reporting for occupational health and safety.

+ Experience with a digital transformation, document logistics or relatable industry is essential.
