  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, setting performance goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers across all departments to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles, utilizing a variety of sourcing channels and recruitment marketing techniques.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring fair and equitable hiring practices.
  • Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to enhance productivity and data analytics.
  • Develop and track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Enhance the employer brand and candidate experience to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Stay informed about market trends, compensation benchmarks, and innovative recruitment practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the regions where we operate.
  • Manage external recruitment agency relationships as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing recruitment teams.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful global recruitment strategies, particularly for remote or distributed workforces.
  • Expertise in utilizing various recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing methodologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search).
  • Strong understanding of employment law and compliance across different jurisdictions.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success in driving DEI in recruitment.
  • Experience in the technology sector is highly desirable.
