You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of apprenticeship programmes, from recruitment and onboarding of apprentices to liaising with employers and training providers, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for apprentices, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new apprentices, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for apprentices, providing guidance and support throughout their training journey.
