ACR has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Co-ordinator to join one of our leading house building clients in Essex. This role will be focusing on legacy works in the division.
Key responsibilities would include:

Supporting the Technical Management team with technical appraisals, where abnormal costings of potential development land are provided within required timescales.

Provide cost effective options in physically developing the land where recommended.

By ensuring, where requested, that the site can be properly serviced and constructed upon.

Support strategic land acquisitions and planning appeals including strategic technical studies, negotiating with statutory Authorities, instructing Consultants and obtaining/vetting their reports.

Liaise with statutory authorities with documentation and drawings relevant to the contracts and sites.

Prepare detailed Design programmes, including the management of the production information to ensure the company meets its business objectives.

Feedback all technical design matters encountered during construction to the Technical Managers.

Undertaking adequate CPD to maintain Professional Status where appropriate and to be aware of industry changes and developments.

Technical Coordinator to join our operational team. They are a fast growing and established company within the BMS/Energy Sector working with numerous blue-chip clients.
A key part of our development strategy is to continuously supplement the team with key people to allow us to enhance our service offering and assist the business in future growth. Working within a small and dynamic team, you will be required to carry out a varied and exciting role for one of our valued existing Clients.
A previous background in the building services industry would be preferred. However, candidates will be considered from other sectors especially those with an IT or technical support background. The candidate will be responsible for the successful co-ordination and delivery of new & existing Project Works and Maintenance Services (Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance).
Full training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
The role will involve but not be limited to:
Technical & Operational Support
* Providing troubleshooting support to on-site engineers, helping resolve issues efficiently
* Liaising with technical teams to resolve issues or escalate faults
* Preparing clear and detailed scopes of work along with supporting documentation ahead of
site visits
* Assisting with systems configuration or setup
* Analysing energy data to identify errors or anomalies for corrective action.
* Reviewing technical documentation and specifications where required
Project Coordination & Planning
* Assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource schedules
* Tracking key project stages and deliverables
* Organising and dispatching equipment required for project and maintenance works, ensuring
timely delivery to engineers or site locations.
* Creation and maintenance of project documentation* Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed during on-site activities, in line with
company and regulatory standards.
* Managing communication with subcontractors and third-party service providers to ensure
alignment and timely delivery
Administrative & Reporting
* Preparing progress reports and updates for stakeholders
* Updating internal trackers and databases
* Liaising with accounts/office administrator for order placements with suppliers or
subcontractors
* Collating and submitting O&M manuals and project close-out documentation
* Supporting compliance with health & safety and quality standards
