They are seeking an adaptable Project and Operations planner with an engineering background. You should be HNC or HND educated with a relevant engineering qualification, or be able to demonstrate a strong technical background and be capable of understanding projects at a technical level. You will own end to end hardware development programs, drive robust project plans, and plan & schedule manufacturing output.

- Lead end to end electronics hardware/software development projects for new products and improvements, from concept through production release and manufacturing output.
- Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and resource forecasts for multiple concurrent projects.

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Technical Sr. Manager, you will manage the team responsible for all mechanical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and workforce development programs for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
+ Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
+ Manage operations and maintenance for assigned facilities. Develop operating and capital budgets.
+ Recommend and implement improvements for preventive maintenance programs on an on-going basis. Create and maintain effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.
+ Point of contact for maintenance efforts with outside contractors, tenant finish personnel and technicians.
+ Oversee all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issues. Must remain current with latest technology trends.

**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

The Technical Clerk provides vital support to engineering and construction teams by preparing and managingwork packsfor site execution. This role requires a solid understanding ofpipefitting, fabrication, and engineering processes to ensure that all technical documentation, drawings, and procedures are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and issueengineering work packs for piping, fabrication, and construction activities.
- Interpretengineering drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, and specificationsto ensure correct information is included.
- Preparematerial take-offs (MTOs)and ensure correct materials are allocated to each work pack.
- Liaise with engineers, planners, supervisors, and pipefitters to capture all required technical details.
- Ensure correct revision control of drawings and documents within work packs.
- Track progress of work packs and update registers, trackers, and databases.
- Assist with permits, risk assessments, and method statements relevant to work packs.
- Support QA/QC processes by ensuring inspection and test plans (ITPs) are included.
- Provide technical and clerical support during site audits, reviews, and handovers.
