Mission Context
Facility Management (FAC) is responsible for projects, operations, logistics, and real estate across the bank’s ~300 branches and ~30 administrative buildings. < r>The Technical Equipment Division ensures consistent and high-quality technical choices, compliance with regulations, integration of innovations, and risk/cost minimization, particularly for critical installations (HVAC, electricity, cabling, multimedia, fire safety, access systems, CCTV, BMS, etc.).
Function Description
As a Technical Expert Electricity, responsibilities include:
upporting feasibility studies, concepts, and projects (branches and administrative buildings).
Designing electrical installations (low and medium voltage, weak current systems such as alarms and security).
Developing detailed technical concepts.
Applying internal guidelines and procedures.
Developing and maintaining standardization guidelines.
Performing risk analyses, audits, and risk management.
Acting as 2nd-line expert support for FAC teams.
Preparing as-built documentation.
Conducting pre-studies for electricity projects mainly in Wallonia and Brussels (in French), including on-site visits.
Work Conditions
Telework: 50% on-site / 50% homeworking
