Key Responsibilities:

The Field Service Leader is responsible for overseeing all field service activities within the United Kingdom. This includes collaborating and working with external partners (installation and service contractors), supervising installation and commissioning processes, supporting service activities both from the field and the office, and ensuring successful execution of WINT’s solutions on-site. This is a hands-on role that involves extensive fieldwork in addition to office-based responsibilities. The role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and drive processes forward proactively. The Field Technician serves as the key operational point of contact for UK field activities and reports directly to the Field Service Team Leader.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in field operations, project coordination, or technical service roles (preferably in water systems, IoT, or building automation). li>Hands-on technical background in plumbing, commissioning, or systems integration.
- Experience working with or managing external vendors and subcontractors.

Job summary:
To perform as a member of the Field Service Team, to visit customer premises within the designated geographical region but not restricted to. The role is to achieve servicing, repairs, inspections and other reasonable tasks upon request.
