They would like to hire a Senior Architect/ Technical manager to work in house to compliment their existing design team. It is essential you are fully qualified and have proven experience in residential and/or high rise projects.
Duties/ responsibilities as follows:
Lead the quality assurance process on Projects
Perform thorough reviews to ensure projects meet technical quality standards, accuracy and completeness
Carefully monitor the use of new materials and construction methods for compliance with best practices and standards
Lead document review meetings with Project teams to ensure understanding of corrections needed
Experience: Architect with substantial experience in construction detailing and building science
Considerable experience working on mid to large scale mixed use residential high-rise projects
Must be detail-oriented with an understanding of process flow and able to handle sensitive and confidential information involving complex project documents
Ability to work well independently with little supervision - should be self-directed and be highly motivated

Job Profile
Due to continued growth and investment in modern CNC technology, there is now a requirement for an experienced Technical Estimator – CNC.
In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate, detailed, and competitive machining cost estimates for customer quotations. This requires interpreting technical drawings, understanding manufacturing processes, and creating precise process plans. You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure all quotations are realistic, profitable, and aligned with customer expectations.

Preferred Experience:
- < i>Strong background in precision engineering and CNC machining, ideally with 5-axis machining knowledge.
- Demonstrable experience in estimating, quotations, or technical sales support.

- Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems (training can be provided).
- Awareness of material grades, machinability, and surface treatments.
- Previous use of MRP/ERP systems would be advantageous (training provided).

- Ability to create accurate machining process plans and cycle time estimates.
- Strong technical knowledge of CNC Milling (5-axis) and CNC Turning.

- Prepare accurate and timely machining cost estimates and quotations.
- Develop process routes, machining times, and cost breakdowns for CNC parts (including 5-axis machining).
- Liaise with internal engineering and production teams to validate technical feasibility.
- Communicate with suppliers to source materials, treatments, and subcontract services at competitive rates.
- Ensure quotations are aligned with company capabilities, customer requirements, and profitability goals.
- Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the quotation process.
