We are seeking a Senior Technology Consultant to join our growing Operational Intelligence (Op-I) team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and innovation. You will lead engagements in process intelligence, automation, and AI product development, helping clients transform their operations through data-driven insights and digital solutions.

You will be hands-on with tools such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, Power Platform while also shaping AI-enabled products and solutions for clients across industries. You’ll act as both a trusted advisor and a technical leader, translating business challenges into scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of process intelligence solutions, from data integration and event log creation to dashboarding and advanced analytics.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions using process mining, data engineering, and automation technologies.
  • Support the development of AI products and solutions – from early prototypes to client-ready offerings – leveraging NLP, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants, fostering skills in process mining, automation, and AI.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders (business & IT) to uncover value opportunities, define KPIs, and deliver insights that drive measurable improvements.
  • Design and optimise data pipelines, connectors, and integration logic across ERP, CRM, and ITSM systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
  • Lead client workshops, present findings, and act as a trusted advisor on operational excellence, automation strategy, and digital transformation.
  • Contribute to building the Op-I service portfolio (e.g. PI before AI and AI-Led Enterprise Transformations ).

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technology or data consulting, process mining, data engineering, or digital transformation.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL , data modelling, and Python (data transformation/scripting).
  • Hands-on experience with process mining tools (e.g. Celonis, SAP Signavio, ARIS ) and knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Salesforce ).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to frame technical solutions in terms of client value, ROI, and process improvement .
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to think both strategically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and stakeholder management
  • Passion for building something from the ground up and contributing to long-term capability growth

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent professional experience .

Desirable

  • Experience in optimising Finance, Supply Chain or Customer Facing processes.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and interest in building client-facing AI solutions (e.g. predictive forecasting, intelligent assistants, anomaly detection).
  • Knowledge of automation/AI platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Workato , Make, N8N) and middleware/API integration.
  • Experience with Case-Centric and Objective-Centric approaches in Celonis.
  • Strong understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for data pipelines and AI workloads.
  • Exposure to full-stack development (NodeJS, ReactJS, Angular) for building digital products.
  • Celonis Certified – Data Analyst or Data Engineer
