As an Apprenticeship Program Coordinator, you will act as a key point of contact for apprentices, training providers, and internal stakeholders. Your role will involve managing enrollment processes, tracking apprentice progress, coordinating learning schedules, and ensuring compliance with apprenticeship standards. You will be passionate about education and development, with excellent organizational and communication skills to support apprentices effectively in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and coordinate the full lifecycle of technical apprenticeship programs.

  • Track apprentice progress, ensuring timely completion of milestones and assessments.
  • Liaise with external training providers to schedule and monitor learning activities.

  • Communicate program updates and requirements to apprentices, managers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in program coordination, administration, or HR support, preferably within an educational or training environment.
  • Familiarity with apprenticeship frameworks and funding mechanisms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work environment.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
