- Liaise with external training providers to schedule and monitor learning activities.
- Maintain accurate records of apprentice data, training plans, and achievements in the relevant systems.
- Provide guidance and support to apprentices, addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Communicate program updates and requirements to apprentices, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with apprenticeship funding rules and quality assurance standards.
- Assist in the development and improvement of apprenticeship program materials and processes.
- Organize and facilitate virtual information sessions and progress reviews.
- Proven experience in program coordination, administration, or HR support, preferably within an educational or training environment.
- Familiarity with apprenticeship frameworks and funding mechanisms is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work environment.
- A passion for learning and development and supporting individuals in their career journeys.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Relevant qualifications in education, HR, or administration are an advantage.
