**Responsibilities:**
+ Be able to project manage end-to-end repeatable, transparent and planning pipelines, driving Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) network planning activities for asset/infrastructure planning to support product area demand forecasts over time.
+ Optimize Google's Production Network for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
+ Ingest, analyze, understand, and rationalize demand forecasts for all EMEA related flows. Translate demand forecasts into regional capacity plans over time, taking into account market trends and technology changes to ensure the most optimized and cost effective network solution, translating this to asset/infrastructure requirements.
+ Own and deliver in-depth technical risk assessments based on various what-if analysis to ensure the best technical solution is planned for across the network.
+ Collaborate across internal teams, including business owners, cross-functional technical teams, negotiators and designers, and network deployment teams.
