As Project Manager you will be accountable for the successful delivery of programmes and projects, both technical and non, across the People & Culture landscape.
This will be inclusive of complex large strategic programmes, BAU roadmap, maintenance, upgrades and services delivered by internal and 3rd party teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for major change initiatives which will drive the business forward into a technology-lead, immersive entertainment experience.
The role will need your Project Management expertise to lead internal and external teams from a variety of technical & business disciplines to deliver various projects or initiatives. This will involve ensuring all delivery controls are in place through the creation, tracking and monitoring of detailed plans and required documentation as necessary to provide confidence and reliability in delivering change.
Responsibilities
- Being accountable for the successful delivery of programmes and projects, both technical and non, across the People & Culture landscape.
- Ensuring that projects for which you are assigned are delivered to agreed timelines, scope and costs following appropriate project governance processes.
- Ensuring all relevant information on the project is captured effectively in the state-of-art project management platform PlanView and/or Atlassian toolset (Jira / Confluence).
- Proactively monitoring workstream progress, identifying and managing internal and external risks or dependencies, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business teams regardless of seniority to ensure expectations on Delivery are clear and understood.
- Managing the costs of projects and major programmes under your responsibility ensuring deviations are escalated through appropriate channels. Providing excellent clear, concise, and professional stakeholder (up to C-suite) reporting interpersonally, verbally and presentations.
Knowledge, Expertise and Qualifications
- Very strong experience managing a delivery portfolio of projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Balanced business/technical background - Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to evaluate complex project risks and issues accurately and objectively.
- Formal Project Management qualification e.g. PMP, Prince 2 Practitioner, MSP.
- Proven ability to lead technology projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools: Planview, Atlassian, Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools.
- Experience in HR related projects preferred

The main head office will be based in the Tamworth area, but the company are looking to grow a Dorking office from the ground up, staring with this hire.
