At Paramount Digital, we have been delivering outstanding digital marketing services for over eight years. As our team expands, we are looking for a highly motivated Technical SEO Specialist to join the team.
As a Technical SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, understanding, scheduling and fixing technical issues related to SEO, either directly or alongside SEO Specialists or SEO Developers, to deliver positive results for the client. Initially reporting to the Head of SEO, you will take a hands-on approach to project performance by auditing, fixing and enhancing the SEO capabilities of client websites.
Depending on the project’s budget and unique requirements, you will either lead the overall strategy or work as part of a wider team. Therefore, strong client communication skills are a requirement, especially for explaining complex issues.
Role Expectations
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in depth technical audits, action audit points directly or with the assistance of SEO specialists, SEO Developers etc .
- Plan and oversee platform migrations, domain migrations and other complicated, high risk SEO projects, with detailed impact assessments.
- Work on different campaign types including lead gen and e commerce.
- Collaborate with other departments, including content, UX and PPC teams, ensuring alignment with broader campaigns.
- Help to present strategies and performance reports to clients.
- Mentor SEO specialists and assist in training initiatives.
- Drive innovation by testing new tools, methodologies and automation.
- Be highly proficient in all aspects of technical SEO and advanced optimisation techniques, including programmatic SEO.
- Measure success through organic traffic growth, search rankings, ROI and client retention.
- Support other roles by providing expertise and guidance.
- Be responsible for client retention, relationship building and measurable results.
- Assist in pre deal analysis, pitching new clients and on boarding.
- Oversee quality standards across project work.
- Bring industry experience and best practices into the team.

- Continuously refine skills and knowledge through training opportunities and self directed learning to stay ahead in best SEO practices.
- Collaborate effectively within the SEO team and across departments, supporting the delivery of integrated digital strategies.

Role purpose and overview
As a key part of The Telegraph’s technical SEO team, you will report to the Senior Technical SEO Manager and be a pod responsible for the site’s technical performance. It is a brand new position that is responsible for the website’s technical health, working very closely with the senior team lead, actioning technical fixes discovered by yourself, the SEO agency and your team lead.
As a team, you will manage the SEO agency, set KPIs around technical health and support the technical lead on being the go-between between product, tech, SEO and editorial and support on a number of technical projects around the business.

Key responsibilities

This midsized international law firm is about to embark on a new website project, and is looking for a new Digital Marketing Manager to develop this, but also shape the strategy beyond this project. The role will primarily focus on the website and wider content management, as well as working with the PR and social media teams to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
Long term, the role will also have the opportunity to hire a Digital Marketing Assistant to support.
The firm is looking for someone with strong experience of web projects under their belt, and excellent knowledge of SEO, analytics and digital campaigns. The firm want to be data driven in the way they approach these campaigns, and this person will drive that. Experience of Sitecore and/or Umbraco would be desirable.
