They are seeking to recruit a Service & Warranty Technician for their operations in Redditch.
Salary - 12.77 per hour.
Hours of work are; Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am to 1.30pm

- Booking in and out of related product, using SAP system and RMA process.

- Inspect returned product, identify faults and troubleshoot issues.
- Dealing with customer returns and providing customer support.
- Liaise with quality team on finding from product issues.

- Some electrical and mechanical knowledge

+ Maintenance and repair GE Healthcare Patient Care Solution and Ultrasound Products down to component level.
