- Master's degree or PhD in Economics, Public Policy, Environmental Science, Energy Studies, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in energy policy analysis, research, or advocacy, preferably within the energy industry, government, or a think tank.
- Strong understanding of energy markets, policy frameworks, and regulatory processes.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable policy recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues to diverse audiences.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and representation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and relevant software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
