A Technical Coordinator is required for a multi-phased residential development in Birmingham, working for one of the country's most successful developers. This role is a 6-9 month contract with the potential to become a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with appropriate authorities
- Ensuring drawings are produced to enable a site to be developed
- Checking detailed construction drawings
- Delivering technical design approvals for the projects
- Working within established budgets
