Due to natural expansion, our client is seeking an Employment Solicitor from2 years - 6 years PQE within their Employment Law department. This is a hybrid opportunity along with the option for full or part time hours.
Employment Solicitor Experience to include:
- Contentious and Non-Contentious matters
- Unfair and wrongful dismissal
- Redundancy and restrictive covenants
- Discrimination
- Equal opportunities and Equal Pay Act
- Protected disclosure (whistleblowing) and data protection
- TUPE transfers
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Advocacy in the Employment Tribunal
- Breach of contract
- Harassment
- Maternity and paternity matters
- Restructuring
Requirements for this Employment Solicitor are:
- Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 2-6 years PQE
- Excellent client-facing skills and ability to manage key client relationships

Some of your duties will include:
