This is a full-time role reporting to the Employment Team Partner. The Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor will work on a broad and varied caseload alongside experienced solicitors, developing their expertise across the full range of employment law with increasing autonomy.
Key Responsibilities- Providing advisory support to clients across both contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Supporting employment tribunal matters from initial instruction through to resolution, including drafting key documents, preparing cases and progressing matters through each stage.
- Preparing draft witness statements and other key legal documents under appropriate supervision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintaining accurate file records, supporting billing processes and contributing to the efficient management of client matters.
- Undertaking legal research and providing practical, commercially focused support.
- Managing your own caseload with increasing autonomy as your expertise deepens.
- Contributing to the ongoing growth of the Employment team, including supporting networking and business development activities.

An opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor to join a busy and well-regarded Employment team in Luton, Bedfordshire.
This is an excellent role for a junior solicitor looking to build a strong foundation in both contentious and non-contentious employment law within a supportive and commercially focused environment.
Responsibilities- Work closely with senior fee earners and partners on a varied caseload, including:
- Employment Tribunal claims and litigation support
