- Act as a point of contact between different departments.
- Utilize excellent IT skills for presenting information effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience in contract management and service delivery.
- Proficiency in using IT tools for data presentation and communication.
- Problem-solving skills to reduce backlog and improve processes.
