A Sales Assistant position at Greens Retail primarily involves replenishing stock, ensuring the highest store standards and most importantly delivering the best possible customer service. • Food Retail Experience= preferred

You will create a welcoming environment and ensure that the customer needs are met by pro-actively engaging in conversations and assisting on product selection and inquiries. **As a festive coffee specialist, you will likely be involved in:**

+ **Engage & Assist:** Actively engage with customers, guiding them in product selection and support with answering inquiries.
+ **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with team members to manage store operations and customer flow.
+ **Maintain Stock:** Monitor and replenish stock levels on shelves to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
+ **Wrap-Up** : Review daily sales and customer feedback and set yourself personal goals.
**What experience will you need?**

If you have previous experience working with customers in a retail or hospitality setting that is a bonus.
