Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality yoga classes via live streaming.
- Develop diverse yoga routines focusing on flexibility, strength, mindfulness, and relaxation.
- Provide clear verbal cues and demonstrate poses, offering modifications for various skill levels and physical limitations.
- Engage with participants, foster a positive and supportive online community, and respond to questions.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor during all classes.
- Ensure all equipment and technology are functioning correctly before and during sessions.
- Adhere to the company's brand standards and class format guidelines.
- Continuously seek feedback to improve class delivery and participant satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest yoga trends and teaching methodologies.
- RYT 200 or equivalent yoga teaching certification is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, with proven experience in online instruction.
- Deep understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and physiology.
- Excellent verbal communication and motivational skills.
- Proficiency with video conferencing and streaming platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable equipment for broadcasting.
- Ability to create a calming and engaging atmosphere remotely.
