Qualifications and Skills:
  • CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, or equivalent recognised qualification. A higher qualification (e.g., Foundation Degree, BA in Early Childhood Studies) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working directly in the early years sector, with a strong understanding of current pedagogy and practice.
  • Proven experience in training delivery, curriculum development, or adult education, preferably in an online setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of child development theories, play-based learning, and safeguarding in early years.
  • Strong digital literacy skills, including proficiency with e-learning platforms, presentation software, and online collaboration tools.
