Salary up to £27,500 pro rata per annum
Covering a 12 month maternity leave contract
Can work anytime from 8am to 4.30 pm and any days Monday to Friday to cover 30 hours a week
Job role:
Planning and scheduling of commercial training programmes for the UK and Ireland
Allocate internal trainers/assessors and external training resources based on skill set, client requirements and geography to maximise utilization and revenue.
Maintain and manage a forward looking 12 week commercial training schedule.
Lead weekly commercial planning meetings to report on resource capacity, scheduling challenges and opportunities
Support the successful delivery of contracts in line with client SLAs and KPIs
Communicate training schedules to clients and trainers using phone calls and email confirmations
Consult with clients to confirm course bookings, trainer attendance and site specific logistics.
Produce reports
Job Requirement:
Must have experience in Operations Planning or scheduling
Ideal if experience in commercial training or consultancy industry, but not essential for this role
Used Microsoft office and using database management systems
Driving license essential as some travel required occasionally, all expenses paid
