**Role Description:**
The successful individual is required to have a solid understanding of project management, credit agreement (LMA), credit underwriting process and risk methodology risk culture. Our offshore team in India also plays a major part in day to day transaction processing therefore regular contact is maintained with this team to ensure client satisfaction is maintained.
This job is responsible for managing a unit for a site, region, or product line within the bank's internal operations. Key responsibilities include identifying, analysing, and resolving highly complex problems, ensuring compliance with policies, and developing and implementing new processes to improve operating efficiency and ensure accuracy of workflow. Job expectations include managing employee performance, development, talent planning, and overseeing the budget, expenses, reporting, and forecasting.
**Responsibilities:**
- Ongoing review of syndicated loan and supporting finance & security documentation
- Covenant monitoring through the collection and analysis of financial statements and information, with immediate distribution and posting of required documentation to the wider lender group.
- Facilitating deal amendments and handling the collection of lender votes within required timeframes
- Manages staffing levels and capacities, prioritizes employee development by providing effective coaching and training, and shares constructive feedback to drive Operational Excellence
- Oversees end-to-end processes and ensures adherence to bank and regulatory policy and procedures when making decisions that impact various operations and product lines
- Develops and analyses procedures to enhance unit and/or product-related activities and oversees budget and expense management, reporting, and forecasting for designated areas
- Implements improvements to drive the growth to the overall processes and identifies data, metrics, and key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness
- Aligns bank priorities and strategies to employee metrics and goals, evaluates employee progress, and strives to recognize, encourage, and improve team performance to support an inclusive work environment

**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
MUFG Bank entity responsibilities:
Support the Portfolio Management and Conduit Funding activities of Securitised Products & Supply Chain Finance ("SP&SCF").
Specific responsibility for (i) the renewals of all existing securitisation facilities (ii) managing any amendments / waivers (in collaboration with structuring lead) on existing securitisation facilities, (iii) support SP&SCF Management with timely transaction information e.g. transaction profitability, market research, concentrations etc to assist in the strategic direction of the SP&SCF team and (iii) general support to the SP&SCF Portfolio Management team, where applicable.
MUFG Securities entity responsibilities:
Support team members with Public ABS transaction execution.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**MUFG Bank Portfolio Management & Conduit Funding**
+ Lead the renewals of all existing securitisation facilities, including liaison with all internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to the client, credit, legal, the relevant origination and structuring deal lead, and operations.
+ Lead the review of transaction ratings on an annual basis for all existing securitisation facilities, including the preparation of credit papers.
+ Manage any amendments / waivers (in collaboration with the origination & structuring lead) on existing securitisation facilities, including the negotiation with all stakeholders and preparing relevant credit memos and documentation.
**Coordination**
+ Support SP&SCF Management with external market information and timely transaction information e.g. transaction profitability, asset class composition, to assist in the strategic direction of the SP&SCF team.
+ Attend industry wide conferences, access external sources of data and provide research and asset class reports to SP&SCF Management and credit.
+ Support and/or oversee SP&SCF product initiatives and projects, including all reporting requirements.
+ Coordinate the collaboration and sharing of information affecting the securitisation business on a global basis (with other MUFG securitisation teams in NY, Singapore and Tokyo).
**General**
+ General support to the SP&SCF Portfolio Management team, where applicable, including but not limited to:
+ Management information
+ Budgeting / Revenue tracking
+ Assist on agency transactions
**MUFG Securities (as required)**
+ Support team members with Public ABS transaction execution.
**PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS**
+ Education: Degree Level educated or equivalent
+ Minimum 2-3 year track record of working on securitisation transactions in EMEA in a structuring / execution capacity.
+ Experience of securitization, structured finance or working capital finance.
+ Credit, Legal or accounting background desirable.
+ Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
+ Interpersonal and networking skills and the ability to work in a diverse team environment.
+ Excellent knowledge and skill working with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
+ Fluency in German or French (and other European languages) desirable but not essential.

Duties & Responsibilities of an Events Senior Sales Executive:
- Engaging with clients face to face at events with regards to payment plan and/or finance options for their business to pay for their training and coaching needs. li>Understanding the clients’ needs, checking out their affordability and finding them the best solution for their payment needs. < i>Controlling the quality of the sales completed by the sales team and seeing them through to payment.
- Taking payment from clients face to face or on the phone to complete the sale.
- Chasing up clients after events to complete the set up of payment plans and finance options.
- Completing and filing finance and payment plan paperwork and making sure the business is compliant with all the correct documents signed.
Your Background & Skill:
- < i>This role would suit someone who has done a Business Manager or Transaction Manager role in the car dealer network or a similar role in other industries.
- Experience within finance or payment plan sign-ups with face to face customers.
- Ability to empathise with business owners and establish affordability and talk through finance options. < i>You need passion, confidence, drive, energy, talent and character.

We are currently recruiting for a Transaction Monitoring Analyst / AML Analyst to join a well-established, FCA- and PRA-regulated bank for a 3-month maternity cover contract. Reporting to the Head of Transaction Monitoring , you’ll be a key part of the team ensuring robust AML compliance and timely investigation of potentially suspicious transactions.
This is an ideal opportunity for a professional with strong AML experience looking to make an impact in a collaborative and regulated environment, with the possibility of extension beyond the initial contract term. This is a office-based role with flexibility for 2 remote days a month role offering salary up to £40,000 and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
- Monitor and review transactions to identify unusual or suspicious activity. li>Investigate AML and sanctions alerts using SWIFT TSS/SAS systems and discount or escalate matches accordingly.
- Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in line with internal procedures.
- Conduct detailed investigations into flagged transactions and customer profiles.
- Respond to money laundering-related queries from Correspondent and Respondent Banks.
- Maintain awareness of current AML legislation, typologies, and regulatory expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. compliance, operations, and RMs) to support investigations.
- Support AML training and contribute to policy awareness and updates.
- Prepare regular reports for AML Oversight Committee and BRCC meetings.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Transaction Monitoring Analyst, AML Analyst, AML Compliance Analyst, AML Compliance Officer, Financial Crime Analyst, Compliance Analyst, Compliance Officer, Transaction Monitoring Officeror in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of AML regulations, sanctions requirements, and best practice in investigations
- Hands-on experience using monitoring tools such as SWIFT TSS/SAS
- Skilled in drafting SARs and working to tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments
- A relevant qualification in AML, Law, or Compliance is desirable

**Responsibilities:**
+ Contribute to the build and development team to support loan origination and lifecycle management which includes large complex syndicated and bilateral loans covering but not limited to corporate, commercial, real estate, structured lending and trade.
+ Assist with the creation of processes, standards, procedures, controls, training, and implementation of transaction management.
+ Aid in the design and implementation of technology including testing and rollout.
+ Provide training and support to transaction management staff and business constituents.
+ Partner with each of the originating and coverage business lines, credit risk, operations, legal, etc.
+ Ensure that quality of data, controls and processes performed meet internal policies and regulatory requirements/expectations.
+ Work with lines of business, transaction management, and loan operations to define and implement operational metrics and risk and control reviews to ensure all stakeholders have end to end transparency.
+ Constantly improve processes, controls and efficiencies within the group and front to back across loan lifecycle
+ Participate in projects to enhance performance and efficiency.
+ Take part in loan remediation and loan system testing / migrations.
+ Actively manage and maintain a deal closing pipeline of loan transactions.

**Qualifications:**
+ Individual must have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Additional non-core qualifications which will be considered are:
+ Experience within a large global team supporting wholesale lending at large financial Institution
+ Knowledge of wholesale loan (syndicated / bilateral) product and business, including an understanding of legal loan documentation, loan / funding mechanics, deal structure, funds flows, etc.
+ Experience working with clients under time constraints to facilitate a transaction or process.
+ Proven ability to collaborate with team members, Senior management and other business constituents
+ Critical decision-making capabilities including the ability to identify, escalate, and propose solutions to problems
+ Ability to multi-task through the practice of strong organizational and time management skills with experience in continuously following-up with various stakeholders
+ Understanding and awareness of appropriate corporate and regulatory policies in relation to Lending
+ Deep understanding of operational processes supporting Wholesale lending
