The Role is an administrative role in a busy transport office working closely with drivers, management and customers. You will be working in all areas of transport administration but with an emphasis on the Pallet Business. You will accept collections and deliveries from partner depots, book in consignments, download and process jobs from the pallet portal.
Other duties:
- Investigating customer queries
- Ensuring prompt responses to emails and telephone calls
- Resolving customer invoice queries
- Working with the storage team to manage inbound storage, storage picks and the despatch of stored pallets
- Reporting pallet discrepancies and charging depots accordingly.
