We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our client’s supportive logistics team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in global freight and export operations within a well-established business.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and arrange international freight shipments
Maintain daily communication with global customers and suppliers
Prepare and verify essential shipping and export documentation
Negotiate favourable freight and courier rates
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the commodities trading team
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in logistics, export, supply chain, or freight administration
Excellent written and spoken English communication abilities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
A confident, organised, and resilient individual capable of working under pressure
