Part Time experienced Travel Consultants!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Working face-to-face and over the phone taking enquires from customers.
* Quoting holidays and converting these to bookings.
* Offering excellent customer service, dealing with complaints in a calm and diplomatic manner.
* Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in- depth knowledge of the company's brochures and destinations.
* You can expect to be dealing with dynamic packaging/tailor-made itineraries, along with package holidays.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will have a strong travel background ideally within a retail travel environment.
You will be passionate about the travel industry with excellent customer service skills.
THE PACKAGE
You will receive a competitive salary in the region of 25-27K PRO ROTA FOR 3 DAYS depending on experience plus commission and bonuses.
3 days ideally and can be flexible with hours and days.
You will also achieve educationals and other travel industry benefits!
