Achieving customer OTD/OTIF and maintaining customer and stock data in the WMS system are also important facets of the role.

Specific duties of the Logistics Coordinator include:

  • Release workload (Pick & Pack list) for warehouse colleagues
  • Create despatch notes, labels, mark shortages
  • Track the progress of customer deliveries and liaise with 3PL partners
  • Update customers and internal stakeholders in regards to any potential delays
