We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time trainee ticketing agent to join a growing Corporate Travel company based in the Canterbury area.
The role:
- Handling ticket sales
- Making reservations
- Providing excellent customer service
- Interacting with customers
- Managing reservations
- Supporting sales efforts
- Working closely with the team to ensure seamless travel arrangements for our clients
Qualifications:
- Skills in Ticket Sales and Reservations
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience or interest in Sales
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in travel or a related field is beneficial
The package:
- A salary of circa 24,000 - 25,000 (depending on experience
- Monday - Friday working hours
- Opportunities to grow / progress within the role
