This is an excellent opportunity for an entry level candidate to join a Global Corporate organisation as a Travel Coordinator and Assistant to the PA on a 12 month contract basis. The company are based in LS1. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive candidate to join the team as Travel Coordinator.
Salary - 25,000 + excellent benefits and progression opportunities
Location - LS1 - Hybrid
Reporting into the PA the role will involve:
- Researching travel options, balancing travel needs and cost savings
- Monitoring the Travel inbox and all inbound travel requests
- Assisting the Travel Manager with reporting and monthly cost reconciliations
- Coordinating all booking arrangements
- All travel Administration
- Assisting staff with specialised travel documents such as Visas
Successful candidates must:
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to time manage and prioritise tasks
- Be organised and have the ability to multitask
- Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the travel industry or an interest in this sector is desirable
