This is an excellent opportunity for an entry level candidate to join a Global Corporate organisation as a Travel Coordinator and Assistant to the PA on a 12 month contract basis. The company are based in LS1. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive candidate to join the team as Travel Coordinator.

Reporting into the PA the role will involve:

  • Researching travel options, balancing travel needs and cost savings
  • Monitoring the Travel inbox and all inbound travel requests
  • Assisting the Travel Manager with reporting and monthly cost reconciliations
  • Coordinating all booking arrangements
  • All travel Administration
  • Assisting staff with specialised travel documents such as Visas

Successful candidates must:

  • Ability to put together international travel arrangements and itineraries together.
  • Complex diary management.
  • Proactively putting together briefing notes for meetings and where necessary sitting in and taking action points/minutes.
  • Ad-hoc research projects to provide insights and accelerate business processes.
  • Full personal support including personal travel arrangements, appointments, insurance renewals, excursions, gift-buying etc. to ensure the smooth running of personal life.


The successful candidate will have:
