Billie sustained a Brain Injury in early childhood, and as a result, presents with a mild learning disability and has epilepsy (controlled via daily medication). Overview of role: A typical Tuesday will be to focus on planning for the week ahead and assisting Billie with life admin duties. Wednesdays are for working on goals set out by the OT and MDT and attending the job hub. Thursdays are mostly dedicated to trips and activities. Billie is keen for her Support Worker / PA to be proactive and research events happening in her local community. Billie typically requires prompting and general support with organising day-to-day activities, and your role will involve liaising and collaborating with Billie’s case management and therapy team. Role Overview
As our Administrator, you will be essential to the smooth daily operation of the centre. You'll support our residential and assessment teams, manage communications, and ensure accurate record-keeping so that frontline staff can focus on delivering exceptional care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact: answer phones and emails, welcome families, and professionals
  • Maintain internal databases, filing systems, and referral logs
