What the day will look like




Help oversee the underwriting process including aggregates for the Terrorism SPS


Provide guidance and training on technical underwriting issues to any direct reports


Ability to quote new, renewal and mid term amendments in line with the delegates underwriting authority

Ensuring that individual risks are bound promptly and in accordance with the delegated underwriting

Recording of risks on the Policy Administration System in an accurate and timely fashion


Meeting agreed service standard to bind risks and ensure that the relevant policies are accurate and issued

Ensuring full compliance with the Delegated Authority from insurers


Building an excellent working relationship with the Local retail networks and GBC teams


Building excellent working relationships with supporting insurer


Participate in regular insurer meetings to review progress of the facility


Work with Insurers to deliver the underwriting strategy, to understand Insurersu2019 risk appetite and


expectations


Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and input into technical and commercial market intelligence


Monitor and control of new and renewal business, including aggregate monitoring


Completing Mid Term adjustments accurately and in a timely manner


To act fully in compliance with FCA rules and guidelines and with Aon Policy


Assist in meeting the teams financial budget/plan

**What Will You Do?**
+ Serve as the primary technical referral point for complex, unusual, or high-exposure risks, providing expert guidance on policy interpretation, coverage analysis, and risk assessment.
