We're looking for a School Admin Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly team at a large secondary academy in Blackpool, FY4 . You'll be the first face people see when they walk through our doors - so if you're welcoming, helpful, and love keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!

This role offers a term-time temporary contract initially , operating across 39 weeks of the year , with the potential to transfer to a permanent contract for the right person .

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Pay: NJC5-6 pro rota equivalent.



What you'll be doing:

  • Welcoming visitors, students, and parents with a smile.
  • Answering phones, emails, and helping with day-to-day enquiries.
  • Keeping attendance records up to date and following up if students are off.
  • Helping with printing, filing, newsletters, and school events.
