About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our pupils with Autism and additional needs, helping them to achieve their potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing learning materials and resources
- Supporting and running engaging classroom activities
- Meeting pupils’ emotional and physical needs
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal development
- Contributing to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are calm, resilient, and genuinely motivated to make a difference in the lives of children and young people. Previous experience working with SEN/ASC pupils is desirable, but the right attitude, personal qualities, and commitment to our vision are just as important.
Qualifications Required
- English and Maths GCSE (essential)
- TA qualification (desirable)
