The Role

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
As a UX Research Lead, reporting to the UX Research Manager, you will be responsible for both leading a team of UX Researchers and driving research efforts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the UXR Squad Roadmaps and oversee the work of UX researchers within your tribe
- Manage and lead a team of UX Researchers (Multi levels)

- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work, supporting the squad in maintaining an agile workflow.
