We're looking for a UX Design Lead — someone who thrives on solving complex UX problems while also guiding a team of designers to deliver high-quality work. This role is both strategic and operational: you'll work closely with our Creative Director to shape vision and direction, while ensuring the design team executes with clarity, consistency, and speed.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Creative Director to translate creative direction into tangible outcomes.
  • Lead and manage a team of designers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into smart UX strategies, frameworks, and solutions.
  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and direction to raise the quality of output across the team.
  • Act as a point of contact with clients when discussing UX principles, rationale, and design strategy.
  • Ensure consistent use of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and design systems.
  • Contribute to process improvements, workflows, and scalable delivery methods.
  • Balance strategy with hands-on design work when needed (wireframes, prototypes, flows).
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems to maintain consistency across projects.
  • Support testing and iteration, refining designs based on feedback and real-world performance data.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English — strong communicator with confidence in presenting ideas to both clients and teams.
  • 5+ years in UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership/mentorship role.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, strategy, and research methods.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of 3+ designers.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both design execution and problem-solving in UX strategy.
  • Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and component-based workflows.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.

What you'll be doing

As a Bid Manager at Nomensa you will help drive our business forward; by developing winning proposals, managing internal stakeholders and supporting the smooth and efficient running of our bid function.

As well as preparing and delivering successful PQQs, RFPs and proposals; you will support in the team delivering pitches and create engaging content for use at every stage of the sales lifecycle.

Your involvement in evolving our commercial content for every stage of the sales lifecycle is key to winning exciting new work for the studio. Managing internal stakeholders and nurturing the partnership between the bid team, commercial team and studio is a fundamental part of your role.

What you'll be doing

As part of the Client Services team at Nomensa, you’ll be managing a varied portfolio of exciting accounts in the commercial, charity and government sectors.

  • Working on cutting-edge and interesting technical projects, you’ll be the ‘voice of the client’ at Nomensa. Advocating their needs and making sure that the work we do matches their objectives, and helps them to reach their strategic goals. It’s a commercial role, so you’ll also be involved with pitches, and crafting and curating proposals for the work that we do.
  • You’ll be instrumental in setting your clients’ strategy, and helping them stay ahead of the curve, so that they can exceed customer expectations with great UX, service design, development and accessibility.
  • Working closely with our experienced practitioners, you’ll act as the key driver and owner of an assigned set of accounts and be responsible for bringing opportunities to closure. You’ll need to get under the skin of opportunities with our clients by understanding their digital strategy, markets, issues, opportunities, and nurture relationships with new contacts within our client base.
  • By initiating workshops and developing strategic programmes of work, the types of briefs you will manage will range from user testing, content design, accessibility, user research, design to full scale digital transformation programmes where we are unpicking an organisation’s strategic objectives and challenges, and having a direct impact on their success through the work we do.

What we’re looking for

You'll be excited by autonomy and understand what it’s like to be a great client partner in an agency – proactively guiding the client relationship, and ensuring that we deliver an excellent client experience. We're looking for someone who is very commercial, with experience of growing accounts and picking up new business activities will be desirable.

You’ll ideally have experience managing projects that are technical in scope/involving the development of web applications (desirable, not essential).

To be considered at the Account Director level, you will bring a track record of accurate financial forecasting, developing account strategies and leading long-term C-suite client relationships with proven commercial success.

You’ll be skilled at meeting with stakeholders of different backgrounds and levels within an organisation and you’ll be a great communicator.

Agency client services experience is essential – we’re looking for a proven client handler with a track record of leading accounts (and ideally also teams of Account Managers) and steering them to success and growth.

You’ll also have a passion for sharing your experience and expertise among the Client Services team, especially more junior team members. We pride ourselves at Nomensa on being a “learning and teaching” agency.

You’ll share your personal methods and successes with the wider team to help us all learn from each other and be the best we can be.

The Role: Data Analytics Consultant

Life In the Experience Delivery team

In the Experience Delivery team we look after large scale end to end UX, Design and build projects. Our team is made up of creative technologists, UX Designers and Strategic UX leaders. We work with the wider Nomensa Studio team to provide leadership and guidance to large multidisciplinary teams as they take clients problems from research and problem framing through to cutting edge design and technology implementations. Both strategic and creative thinking are at the centre of everything we do whilst we also keep an eye on delivering quality for our clients.

The team is made up of a Head of Experience Delivery with a layer of Principal consultants leading and mentoring senior and junior team members. The team have regular practice groups and surgery sessions to collaborate and learn from one another as well as training and inspirational sessions covering disciplines across the range of UX, Design, SEO and Tech. SEO is at the heart of this process as we strive to deliver exceptional experiences that work for all users.

We're advertising two roles within this space, SEO Consultant and Data Analytics Consultant. However, this is a 'go to market' approach, we'll only be hiring one of the roles. What you’ll be doing

  • Implement and maintain advanced tracking setups using GA4 and GTM to collect, analyse, and interpret data.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards in DataStudio to visualise data trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis using BigQuery to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics, KPIs, and data collection strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues, recommend solutions, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Gaining an understanding of what our clients need by means of requirements elicitation, analytics discoveries, reporting and assessments
  • Training on the tools and techniques we us along with key User Experience concepts
  • Keep up-to-date with trends and best practice in analytics and the wider digital landscape

What we’re looking for

We are looking for an Analytics Consultant adept at thriving within a consultancy driven environment, where effective communication forms the bedrock of successful client engagement.  

Enthusiasm for pioneering analytics methodologies, coupled with a understanding of technology's role in driving actionable insights. The Analytics Consultant is entrusted with not only steering the design and delivery of analytics solutions but also championing innovative approaches to data analysis that resonate with clients' strategic objectives and business goals. 

The successful candidate must of course come from an analytics background, demonstrating fluency in harnessing data insights to drive strategic decisions and deliver bespoke client solutions. They will be passionate about designing and delivering innovative solutions.  

Ability to articulate complex analytics findings in a comprehensible manner is key. The ideal candidate will place a premium on clear, succinct communication, fostering alignment between clients and internal stakeholders to confidently gather requirements.  

Someone who can build robust data pipelines and configure Google tools such as GTM, GA4, BigQuery and Data Studio. 

Working with us will also provide opportunity to actively engage in thought leadership initiatives and events, serving as a representative of both themselves and Nomensa.
