Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Embed user research into the double diamond process working with Research, Design, Analytics and the Product Owners.
- Deliver end to end research including set up, recruitment, moderation, data collection, analysis and debrief.
- Deliver research workshops with key stakeholders within and across squads
- Conduct primary and secondary user research.
- Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
