About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join our team and help shape merchant and consumer experiences across our digital platforms. This role will play a key part in delivering research-driven insights that influence product decisions, brand perception , and business growth in both B2B and B2C environments. The ideal candidate will have experience working in tech or large retail organizations , with a strong background in user testing, AI integration , and independent execution of research portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end UX research initiatives across product life cycles - from discovery to validation.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform design, product, and business strategies.
- Conduct brand perception and brand assessment studies , evaluating how users interact with and interpret our brand across various touchpoints.
- Build and manage a portfolio of research projects and execute independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a similar user-centered research role.
- Experience working in B2B platforms , especially with merchant experiences or enterprise users.
- Solid understanding of brand research, brand equity measurement, and how user experience intersects with brand perception.
- Expertise in user testing.
- Looking candidates from Bigger tech, eCommerce, or retail environments.
- Working knowledge of AI applications in UX , including familiarity with AI-powered user behavior tools.
