We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Personal Vacation Planner to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with clients to design and book their perfect getaways — whether it’s a tropical retreat, a family road trip, a romantic escape, or a bucket-list adventure. Your goal is to take the stress out of planning and create smooth, unforgettable vacation experiences from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Booking & Coordination: Reserve all travel components using supplier platforms and ensure accuracy across all reservations.

Enhance the Experience: Recommend upgrades, excursions, travel insurance, and destination tips to make each trip extra special.

Follow Up: Check in with clients post-travel to gather feedback, encourage reviews, and promote future bookings.

Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with travel trends, supplier offerings, and destination news to offer the most current advice and opportunities.

Recordkeeping: Maintain organized documentation for client bookings, payments, and preferences.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or travel planning is helpful but not required.

  • Strong listening and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a love for planning and organization.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn booking platforms.

* You can expect to be dealing with dynamic packaging/tailor-made itineraries, along with package holidays.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

THE PACKAGE

You will receive a competitive salary in the region of 25-27K PRO ROTA FOR 3 DAYS depending on experience plus commission and bonuses.
