**The Impact:** This is an exciting opportunity for an Upstream Asset Valuation Analyst in the Middle East & CIS regional team. The Analyst will be predominantly responsible for the production, cost and economic modelling of oil & gas projects across the CIS region.

This is a rare opportunity to specialise in valuing trading businesses within the ever-evolving healthcare property sector – including care homes, mental health facilities, private hospitals, and retirement communities.


As an Associate within this high-performing team, you'll:


  • Prepare trading, investment, and development valuations
  • Author valuation reports and conduct portfolio valuations with senior colleagues
  • Analyse client and market data to prepare valuations
  • Contribute to business development by managing repeat business, attending industry events, and delivering client presentations
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, focusing on their needs
  • Develop a unified approach by integrating into the wider business
