Franchised Motor Dealership - Hertfordshire
Our client is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy site in Hertfordshire. Working with one of the largest groups in the UK, this is a role you don't want to miss!
Basic Salary between 29000 - 41500
Monday to Friday 8am till 5.30pm. Saturdays are 1 in 4.
Bonus potential 120p/m to 1000
Weekly bonus scheme
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Day to Day responsibilities:
Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, following manufacturer standards and guidelines to ensure reliability and safety
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or required replacements
Provide expert technical advice to customers when necessary, ensuring clear and professional communication
Maintain exceptional customer service standards, fostering trust that leads to repeat business and referrals
Collaborate effectively with the service reception team and workshop control for seamless workflow and customer satisfaction
Offer support and guidance to fellow Technicians in the workshop, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing

We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join us. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and reliable individual, who is a team player, and whom understands the company ethos of delivering the best quality service.
The successful candidate will have a formal qualification to Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance, a valid Mot Tester Certificate, and at least 5 years experience.
A working knowledge of Audi, BMW, Mercedes or Land Rover vehicles, would also be an advantage, although not essential.
Working hours are 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday (1 hour for Lunch), 09:00 to 13:00 alternate Saturdays.
A full driving licence is required, and you need to live within a 20 mile radius of Hitchin.
