About the Role
We are recruiting a Repair Quality Specialist to provide high-level technical support for Volkswagen Group’s Authorised Repairer Workshops.
You’ll work as part of their Technical Support Team, helping to triage and resolve complex repair cases, especially in high-volume areas.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Providing expert remote guidance to the Retailer network to help identify and resolve technical product issues.
• Supporting technicians and existing technical support teams using VW Group’s communication platforms.
• Using your workshop experience to identify patterns, reduce inbound contact volume, and improve case resolution quality.
• Championing process-driven solutions and quality standards across all contact points.
• Promoting DEKRA Automotive’s values in quality and environmental management.
