Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of vehicle dynamics strategies for new and existing vehicle programs.
- Define performance targets for handling, ride, steering, and braking systems.
- Develop and validate mathematical models for vehicle dynamics simulation using software such as CarSim, Adams, or similar.
- Plan and execute vehicle dynamics testing on proving grounds and public roads, analysing test data to validate simulation results and identify areas for improvement.

- Master’s or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in vehicle dynamics engineering within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of leading engineering projects and teams.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle dynamics principles, including suspension kinematics, steering geometry, tyre mechanics, and control systems.
- Proficiency in vehicle dynamics simulation software (e.g., CarSim, MSC Adams, Simulink).
- Experience with data acquisition systems and post-processing tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
- Strong understanding of vehicle testing methodologies and instrumentation.
