Looking for a new role with state-of-the-art equipment and a friendly team?

This practice in Southwest London has undergone an exciting refurb and expansion, and are now looking to expand their team with a new Vet Nurse role.
The practice now has 6 consult rooms, 2 operating theatres, an isolation ward, a dental suite including dental X-ray, a dedicated imaging room with digital X-ray, ultrasound and rigid endoscope, and a pharmacy.
As well as treating cats and dogs, the practice are now seeing a variety of exotic cases which has led three members of staff to be working towards specialised qualifications. This has led the practice to having separate dog, cat and exotic wards with separate waiting areas!
This role entails first opinion nurse duties including anaesthetic monitoring, inpatient care, nurse consults, radiography and ultrasonography, ordering, and assisting with procedures. There's also an opportunity to get involved in schedule 3 procedures!
The Team:
With this exciting progression, the practice are now looking for someone who is enthusiastic and energetic to join with this change.
You would be joining a supportive team made up of 6 Vets, 5 RVNs, 3 VCAs, a reception team, a practice administrator and a practice manager. A lot of their team have been with them nearly 10 years and are excited to welcome new faces to the team!
